Order

Step-1: Choose products that fit your need from our website. (Type, Color, etc.)

Step-2: Fill out the order form. Each item on the form should be fully and correctly completed. The information that should be filled in includes details concerning the products (i.e. Type, ID number, Quantity, Size and Sample pictures of the products), and details concerning you, the customer (i.e. Full name, Address, Zip Code, Phone number, Email, etc.). Make sure the information given above is correct.

Step-3: Send the order form to our salesmen via Email or MSN. We'll reply to you as soon as possible after the receipt of it. Our feedback would include Check-up on the order form, Price list, the way of shipment, the way of payment and details concerning the remittee, etc.

Step-4: We'll send you the ordered commodities within 48 hours on the receipt of the total amount of money. Generally speaking, commodities would be delivered by an international express company to the place which is specified by our customer within 8 workdays, sometimes sooner than expected, depending on the location of the target place.

Step-5: Once we get the tracking information from the express company, we'll inform you of the tracking number of the packages of the commodities in time in order that you can check online the status of the packages on the way and other related details.

Step-6: We would be very grateful if you could kindly tell us about whether the packages are signed for, whether you are satisfied with our products and services, and your opinions and suggestions.

Step-7: This order finishes here. We're expecting another order from you.

For shoes: If commodities are ordered in batches and are in stock, then the minimum order quantity is:

For footwear: 24 pairs/order (You can choose no more than 2 different types, or you can choose the same type of 2 different colors. Every 12 pairs have the same type and color when they are produced by the factory, their US size ranging from 8 to 12, their quantity order following this way: 1，2，3，3，2，1.) If your order quantity is big enough, our factory can manufacture what you customize. In that case, the minimum order quantity is 120 pairs of the same type and color.

For hats/caps: 40/order (You can choose no more than 4 different types of different colors.)

For clothing: 20/order (You can choose no more than 4 different types of different colors, but they should be of the same brand.)

For jeans: 20 pairs/order (You can choose no more than 4 different types of different colors and brands.)

For flash memory: 30/order (You can choose no more than 3 different types of different storage volumes.)

For Sony PSP memory card: 30/order (You can choose no more than 3 different types of different storage volumes.) P.S.: We accept smaller orders or mixed orders as well. The final prices depend on the details of your orders.
