If commodities we sent you can not pass the Customs or are impounded, we would assist you to make this procedure clear. But we are not responsible for any possible consequences.
All the packages would be delivered directly to the place specified by our customer. If the packages have reached the city where the specified place is located, but have not been delivered to you, please be patient and contact the local express company in time.
Policy of delivery:1).Invariably, we send commodities right after the receipt of the total amount of money. We can provide the customer with the tracking number of the packages of the commodities in order that the customer can check online the details of the conditions of the packages.
2).If the commodities our customer orders are in stock, then they will be sent within 48 hours via express companies to the place specified by our customer. If the order is big enough, then the commodities will be sent right after they have been produced and their quality has been inspected.
3).The customer should pay full amount of the freight once the order is confirmed.
4).Occasionally, the local Customs of the city where our customer is located may levy a tax on the packages of the commodities. The specific amount of this tax depends on the rules of the local Customs. The customer should be fully responsible for the expenses generated by this tax and alike.
5).In principle, we are not responsible for any loss of the commodities or any man-made damage to the commodities in the process of delivery.
6).We can commission different types of transportation companies to deliver the commodities to any place in the world.
7).The express companies we mainly have cooperation with are as follows: EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, SODEXI, and DHL. The customer can specify any express company mentioned above, and we’ll arrange a more suitable one for our customer, because different express companies have different advantages and efficiency during different periods when their target countries are different.
